How do I measure the length of a necklace or bracelet?
Measurements are taken from inside the toggle to the inside of the ring.
How does the clasp work?
Push the toggle parallel to the cord and pull the toggle through the ring. Push the toggle back to the perpendicular position. Your clasp should be secure.

When will I receive my order?
All items are handmade in our studio and while we try to keep them in stock, some items have to be made to order and take longer to ship out. Please allow approx. 5 to 10 days for delivery of products depending on order specified. Should there be complications with your order, we will contact you immediately to provide an update on the status.
