- Personalized Cards
- Each piece comes with a card that offers details about its creation. At checkout, you will have the opportunity to include the name of the recipient on the front of the card.
- Shipments
- Standard shipping method is UPS Ground and USPS. Allow two to three weeks for catalogue items. By nature, delivery of custom pieces varies depending on fabrication time.
- Sales Tax
- NYS residents will be charged appropriate sales tax at checkout.
- Returns
- Returns are given as store credit only. For catalogue items, contact info@jettasky.com to request an RMA# up to 14 days after receipt. Only items that have not been damaged or altered in original packaging with confirmation of purchase will be accepted. Custom pieces are non-refundable.
